Anyone have SMW Climbing Koopas?

This has been done many many times. They've basically reskinned Hoopsters with an NPC tag so you can jump on them and kill them. I just saw this in litchh's "SKL - Mario Classic Adventure" in Roy's Fortress, which is indicated as "fortress03".
