Hmmm. I like the background. Also the custom tileset, with the SMB1 Note Block. I'm downloading this pack.
But I've an idea: why you don't make a sort of skeleton enemy? Perhaps as the back?
EDIT: In the credits, must I write "MynameisEric", or can I write "Eric" ?

I'm sure that the SMB1 Note Block just exist, as the mini coins and the red SMB1 coins.

The background has already been made by someone who took it from a sheet made by "random sprite ripper". I still got the pack on my PC. It doesn't say who made it, though.

Anyways, let's get on-topic.
What's the special thing about the SMW Blue coin and blue rupee? They look just like the original graphics... (I don't see them in the list, why are they on the screen?) Besides, does the SMB1 Blue coin even use SMB1 NPC colours? I'm not too sure.
The bullet bill looks derp. You cut off the outline at one point and the mouth and eye don't have any shading.
The grass decoration looks like what natsu made in purple, but Vanilla.
The screen is terribly stretched.
