[Request] SMB2 Pidgit NPC

We have lots of SMB2 NPCs available in basegame and some in NPC packs. But I'm surprised no one has made a Pidgit NPC yet. It'll be excellent for SMB2-styled levels, so can someone make the Pidgit NPC?
