If PGE or TheXTech eventually gets online multiplayer, I'd imagine that would do a lot for Battle Mode's popularity.

Not focus on battle mode, because... at least for me, no friend will play with me together since they wanna play modern games.

i agree not a lot of people play battle mode or few plays it but the reason why its dead because not a lot of people create custom levels for it
i have custom lvls i made for it

Lol, I got it at the first read. Why do you have to be so detailed about it? Nobody really makes battle levels anymore, no matter which version you are using. That's it.
