Any tips on tweaking this will be very appreciated

Some advice on download links: you can make a ZIP folder, drag all the files you want to upload into it, then upload that ZIP file instead. It's pretty much common practice here.

I'd say it could use some improvement, like the 2x outlines for example. It's lighting also looks pretty flat.

I tried to replicate the smbx2.0 smb1 big goomba's upscaled-ness. I tried upscaling the shading on the normal-sized goomba... Didn't look too great.
