Looking for existing military graphics (not really a request)

Hello!
In these days I've looked for a level that contains a lot of "SMB3 recolored military NPCs" such as:
-Green Mimetic Shy Guy Commander;
-Fat Soldier Red Shy Guy;
-Green Ghillie Suit Sniper Shy Guy (with his red viewfinder);
-and so more!
The problem is that I think I've lost something when transfering all my GFXs Packs from my old laptop to my new pc and between these, I suppose there're these kind of graphics.
Unfortunately I don't remember the level's author when these gfx are used, so I need the forum's help.
Could anyone give me any directions or better, any download link?
It would be highly appreciated!
