[MONDERN LUNALUA REQUEST] Angry Sun and Flame Chomp

This isn't a request for completely new NPC codes, but rather, to adapt some old ones so they fit modern standards and become easier to use. Specifically, these codes by Valtteri:

Some extra specifics: For the Angry Sun, I want the inactive and active versions to be merged into one NPC. Also, whoever does this might as well code the moon from Super Mario Maker 2 as well since it uses the same AI. In terms of the Flame Chomp, not really anything I need to mention asides from the fact that it uses the flying enemy AI (which is an NPC code option anyways, so that's not even a problem.)

Bumping this since I have a level in development that I really wanna use the Flame Chomp in. Valterri's old code for it still seems to work, it's just kinda clunky and buggy. I would try out coding the NPC myself but I think it's beyond my coding skill level and my knowledge of how NPC coding works in general. Would love to see someone else take a crack at it and/or the Angry Sun too.
