Welcome to the (as far as I know) first Screenshot Inspection Contest on the SMBX forums!
In this contest participants will be given 25 screenshot portions from video games. Some of them are going to be easy but there'll also be some rather difficult ones. You'll have to recognize which video game each cropped screenshot is from.

The way scoring is done:

• 1 point if you guess the franchise correctly
• 2 points if you guess the game correctly
• Your points are also doubled if you are the only one to guess that screenshot's origins correctly (so 2 points if the franchise and 4 points if the game)
• If you are the only one to guess the game correctly but not the only one when it comes to the franchise, you get 3 points, not 4

Hints: You can ask for the original version of 2 screenshots.

Way to submit: send me a private message on the forums or a direct message on discord. It doesn't exactly matter how just make it easy to see through. (such as a list)

Prize: This contest is just done for fun. (and bragging rights) The winner may host the next screenshot inspection contest if they want to. (if not, the right is given to the runner-up)

Yeah I was inspired by it.
This is more of an experiment, as this one actually might've turned out a little too easy...

Yeah the same prize.
You can also increase the number of screenshots and/or their difficulty if you wish. (or perhaps decrease, if that's what you'd prefer)
