I doubt that it's "related" to Thwomp King's project, but before I play this, here's just my impression from the other episode.
I think the guy has quite little design skills of his own; there are many passages with an abundance of power-ups and just walking straight platforms with enemies and entering doors. Any place that clearly deviates from this pattern is most likely stolen, and some cases are blatantly obvious. I guess at least about 75% of everything is stolen; and then there's also plenty of custom graphics that he also didn't give any credit to.
The credit page which you can see in the launcher lists very stupid names like "2019", "SMBX19", which are surely no names at all. The "recent change" dates of the levels suggest that this was put together within at most half a year, quite a long enough time to dedicate yourself to something, but nowhere near enough for about 110 levels.
The credit page of this episode here lists SNES and DKC1-3. Maybe it will be a bit harder to tell if things were stolen also here or not, but I obviously don't consider this guy capable at all to make his own large episode.
