Is it possible to get banned from the site by asking the forum staff?

Can confirm. I asked for account deletion once and they wouldn't do it.

I sent a flashing gif saying "ban me" and I didn't get banned.

But isn't this illegal under the Data Protection Act?
From GOV.UK (I believe this still takes effect elsewhere though):
"kept for no longer than is necessary"
"(you can) have data erased"

I mean, yeah, SMBX doesn't use personal data, but these still should apply regardless?

UK laws don't have anything to do with a european requesting something from a website under US American law in 2015.

It's because I am slowly beginning to hate SMBX. Even the game itself.
