you should use shading on the wood. it just doesn't look right this way.

Really, why anyone don't have this idea? Exist Snow Wood blocks, and why not create Grass Wood Blocks? This can be the floor of a Grandpa Koopa Cabin of the Ocult Ancient Temple and Lava Jungle worlds. Good work!

I made this for my project, but i decided to post here for all. Thanks.

Someone has sorta done this before,though the grass didn't look much like grass and was more of just a green recolor of the top part of the wood block.But this actually great,hope to see the version with a shadow soon since I do agree that it would look better with one.

Does not look one bit with this recolored wood that you are talking.
The shading is not completely necessary for me.

I find this graphic really good. Not only someone is just using recolors on the grounds, you used real grass tiles from a SMB3 recolored SMW grass and used it on SMB3 wood. Good work with that.

Bloodelf300/Zant made an existing one, the Timber Meadow tileset. It's in his GFX Pack.

In the version of BloodElf, the SMW grass is just a recolor, is not SMB3-ish like my version, and have shading.

I see the point. Nice job anyway. There should be shading too.

They look really neat in my opinion especially that you even recolored the Wood to Ice/Snow. Good work.

The snow version lacks the shadow on the wood which the normal version lacks as well. Just draw a line with the darkest wood colour from SMB3 along the black line which splits grass and wood.

Is it me, or does this kind of look like the ground from Flappy Bird?
