Custom Character Blocks

Okay, so I am not entierly sure if this has been talked about yet, but in the X2 editor there are two CUSTOM CHARACTER BLOCKS. If I hover over, it says they are for custom characters, but how do I get the customs in X2?
Let me know if anybody knows, thanks!

Not 100% sure what you mean.... You don't "get" the custom characters, you can "write" them from scratch for an episode or level.

This is what I meant. I'd hover over them and it was say they were for custom characters.

I would think that those are only interactable with characters that wear costumes.

Those were originally used by characters that have since been removed from the game. They don't currently do anything.
