A simple ripped graphic(Spritesheet I ripped it from comes with this as a lil thing for credit to who actually made the sprite).Replaces the smb3 fortress waffle(forgot what its called)

Hahaa, now these are some awesome and weird Ghost looking graphics. Good work with that. I hope to see more of your creativity on your customized graphics.

That could be possible, but the sprite probably has some extra frames which aren't shown in the screenshot.

If you're asking the graphic creator, you may be out of luck because he hasn't been here for over a year. What you could attempt to do is, like what someone else has said, rip it from the screenshot. However, there's no telling which animation frames are being used if you try and do that.
