NPC Request - Elastic Platforms from Super Mario World

Hello, I was wondering if someone would be able to create those elastic platforms in Super Mario World. I don't remember if they appear that much, but they basically spring you up a certain distance depending on where you jumped from. For example, you don't bounce high if you jump from the part they're attached, but you spring up a lot more if you jump from the edge. A bit like a diving board I guess.
If anyone doesn't know what I mean, they appear a lot in this video.
