How do I make a custom Note Block?

I'm trying to make a giant Note Block for a potential new block pack, but I can't get it to work properly. It won't bounce the player's character nor is hittable from below, I copied the original Note Block's config.

The original note block is part of the SMBX 1.3 source code so it doesn't have any exposed config. If you're talking about the ini files, those only affect the editor.
