(Request) Mario & Luigi doing Lui Kang's Bicycle Kick

Yeah, I know, it's a ridiculous request for a Lunalua script for SMBX 2.0, but is it possible to pull off a Mortal Kombat Special attack in a Lua script?

If y'all didn't play Mortal Kombat, Lui Kang's bicycle kick command requires holding the kick button for about 4 seconds. If anyone can make the Lunalua script of the bicycle kick, please script it so the player has to hold the "Run/Attack" button for 4 seconds!
