Looks good, though the turning animation doesn't look the best and I'm pretty sure the fishing rod is supposed to be longer.

This Lunalua custom NPC might go well with 2.0 levels that are inspired from many troll-ish games on the internet..... But good job with the ripping and scripting though

As of now, no, those values can't be customized.
