(Request) Waddlewing from NSMBU

Can somebody make the Waddlewing from NSMBU a custom NPC? I've been wanting to use the enemy in my levels.

Waddlewings also hang on to walls when they collide with them, and there's no sprite for that anywhere :/

Or you could use the flying sprites.

I do recall him having some, however, those sprites are not enough if you want the complete behavior.
