Autoscroll problems

When i autoscroll my level, it immediatly autoscrolls to the end of the level. It pushes the player too. It scrolls instantly. The speed is 0.1 bps. I don't get the problem. Help?

Level40.lvl in The Invasion 2 uses autoscroll, the level must be set up pretty much 100% exactly like that from my personal experience. In that level:
The default level bounds are -200448, -200600 but the autoscroll event sets them to -200000, -199648. It appears exactly that at exactly those relative values needs to be done, but that's all I know...
