Custom Powerups (Cutter)

I'm trying to make a powerup based on the Cutter Ability (using Uncle Broadsword's Boomerang) for SMBX 2.0, but I don't know how to import the custom graphics. I'll worry about the code later, although some help now would be nice. Anyway, can someone help me with the GFX?
