You don't explain in what moment you get sent back to the title.

Oh, very sorry.
So, when entering a door/pipe, the game just sends me back to the title screen. Right before the transition between levels is suppose to happen.

Do the doors have the warp to the level you want them to warp to?
But, to get the cause and fix it, you should upload the episode so we can look into it.

2. This happened on many episodes that were cancelled, I will send you a test episode.

I tried it, it still works.
BTW, I like how they added some SMM2 Elements. I always wanted the angry sun in SMBX.
