Who is your favorite characters and stages at Sonic Mania Plus?

My favorite character is Knuckels because I love his abilities, especialy his abilty of glide.
And my favorite stage is Stardust Speedway Zone (but in that level I like and prefer be with Sonic.) I also love the musics at that stage and also the second boss (Metal Sonic). This boss is the coolest at that game.
