1. In either case, screenshots should be included (on the topic, not in the download)

2. If this is a graphics pack, why would it be in the Episodes forum?

Just like Goldenguest778, the user doesn't know where to put topics
He already put this in Projects, then here, then Graphics

So many users do not read the forum rules, does anyone lock topics anymore or is that a thing of the past? I'm not upto speed

1) Deletes are far more preferable to locks, which is why you don't see many locks anymore.
2) It's handled now (moved to video games)

Since this appears to be a a level, this has been moved to the levels forum. Levels require screenshots. Since there has been some discussion (albeit not of high quality), I am going to lock this topic instead of deleting it. This topic will be unlocked when you send a PM to a staff member with at least one screenshot of the level.
