[NPC Pack] SMW Bullet Bills

Worked on it for a full 2 days, it was fun heh
Also you can configure
timer in .txt file (shoot rate)

Looks lke we can finally have proper SMB3 cannon balls on airship levels with this pack.

I remember 8lueStorm made something like this (Canons.lua). My NPC pack doesn't replaces any basegame npc obviously (well, it's user-defined), so it's better to use my pack hah.

Cannons.lua has the benefit of functioning on a permanently synced timer. Even though the code is unoptimized and outdated, I think it's worth revisiting.

Why? Bullet Bill Blaster can contain any npc, including Homing Bullet Bills!
Also i updated npc pack, check it out.

A diagonal bill coming from a strait on gun is a bit odd looking, and they have no momentum unless they come out of them.

Yeah, I used already-existing NPCs to make my code because NPC Packs weren't a thing yet.

I've been planning on updating it so it's... up to date. I should really start sometime soon or else Mr. Lazy over here will forget about it.

You just can make another new npc then change the graphic of bill blaster.
