[NPC Pack] Elite Koopa Troopas

These are really good for minibosses and maybe even stronger enemy! I haven't tried to beat all of them yet but so far they are a fun challenge. (Also, Is there a separate sprite sheet found for the SMB3 Elite Koopas?)

They are supposed to be used as late-game enemies, usually in groups of 2-4 and together with other hazards.
