I'll play this once I'm done with my daily checks. I'll give you a review, and it should help both of us because I want to practice judging/rating levels

Okay, I noticed two huge problems with trying to complete this level.
Also, at the end of section one, you might want to make the blocks disappear without smoke. Just check "no smoke" in the events screen on that
event.
I pass that beetles and that koopa i also tested this level and it works fine for me

Every time I've tried passing them I've been killed because of the insanely small space. It seems like something that if it's possible needs an insane amount of luck.

That's a problem, I feel, because I'm sure it's gotta be pixel perfect. Especially with the spikes on the ceiling.
As I watched by bossedit8's video, there are some bugs here, like that Venus Trap Fire which cause some errors to many. Also, you must fix the errors discovered by WindyDelcarlo.

This level has some ups, but also some extreme downs.
Visual Appeal
This level is visually strong all the way through the level. The first section looks vaguely similar to both SMB3 1-1 and Invasion 2's 1-1 and the scenery was used very nicely in the section. Once I get down into the sewer, I don't see too much besides waterfalls. The lucky thing about that is because of the tileset and the rather small spaces the player has to go through, it doesn't need much scenery in these areas to look good. The tileset does that all on it's own, as well as the top of the geisers, which look real nice.
7/10
Design
The first section is probably in the better half of the design in this level. Once the player is down in the sewers, they're probably going to encounter so many enemies and so little space to avoid them, which is going to be frustrating for just about anybody. If I'm wrong, correct me, but you're implying that that is a gimmick in the level and I can tell you that's not a good gimmick to use unless it is possible to get through the space with all powerups intact and no lives lost. I felt the two zig-zag areas are rather lazily made and that you should switch them more to what a sewer might look like, to prevent a terrible attempt at making a level seem longer. In section 5, I really think you should change the lava/water to just regular water. If I were paying any less attention, I would have died there because in all the other sections, the water is safe, and then all of a sudden it's going to be instakill. I do have to give you props, because the boss arena is actually pretty well done for a generic koopa kid fight.
4/10
Gameplay
Honestly, this level is incredibly frustrating to play since everything is smashed together. At a few points, NPCs are put on generators in rather terrible spots (on top of a fountain in the middle of the air). The jumping koopas jump real high and they inevitably get in the way in certain areas. Either decrease the amount of NPCs with eratic movement like spiny balls and parakoopas, or increase the size of the walkways the player has so they have a better chance of avoiding them.
2/10
Music
The typical SMB3 overworld music adds to the familiar aspect of SMB3 and Invasion 2's 1-1s. The default music of SSBB's underground theme also goes rather well with the sewer theme. I wouldn't really say it fits as abandoned sewer but neither do the graphics, but great, though basic, music choice.
7/10
The Gameplay and level of enjoyment is totally bombed by the tiny areas.
5/10
Moved to Average.
