I don't really plan, ever. And those enemies are global to the SMM2 SM3DW style and stand in no relation to this particular theme.

I really like how these look, because of the detail in each graphic. Maybe if you wanted to expand it, you could add other things like the swings from 3D World.

I guess people just react differently to those sorts of things, like, some might not mind, but others might feel uncomfortable about being said that to. I personally wouldn't feel too uncomfortable, but I can sort of understand it I guess.
