The subject says it all. Say what you think the worst games of all time are. I think they are:
Mega Man X6 (horrible design)
Mega Man X7 (3d doesn't work too well)
Sonic '06 (was this game even playtested?)
Superman 64 (boring as heck)
E.T. for Atari 2600 (what am I even looking at?)

I've got nothing else.

Geez I could name heaps... Action 52, tons of movie licensed games, but there is one I should mention. It was released in 1987 for the ZX Spectrum, and its name is SQIJ! It's extremely unplayable, once starting it up, you're not even able to leave the first room. Later on in the future, people hacked into the game and worked out how to move, leaving one side of the screen did nothing, the other made the game crash. It was a game which was released without even being able to be played. I seriously am curious to see if anyone can find a game worse than this.

Question: Can we include flash games in this topic?

I would say that Hotel Mario is a bad game, but it's just one of those games where it's so bad it's good. However, I don't like LOZ Wand of Gamelon or LOZ Faces of Evil because the gameplay is horrible compared to Hotel Mario.

Actually, that's just the ZX Spectrum version. It was originally made for the C64 and it was much better there. It was actually playable, with an actual ending. The ZX version on the other hand...

Okay, sweet! Anyways; I encountered what I think is the most horrible flash game ever made is a 18+ flash game where you play poker with famous video game/cartoon/anime characters (Both Male & Female characters)! It's something that's very disturbing!

Back To The Future for Nes... worst game in existance. I'll have to really think about newer games that are bad I haven't played many.

-Any CDI Game with a Nintendo IP - Do I have to explain this one
-Sonic 06 - We all know why
-Sonic the hedgehog genesis - A port of sonic 1 gone very wrong
-Elf bowling 1 & 2 for the GBA - an obscure unlicensed port of a flash game, looks horrible to me
-Mario bros on the Atari - Looks horrendous to me
-Animal crossing amibo festival - I've never seen a game so lacking in content
