Mega Man 3 (Unbalanced and unfinished with the Doc Robot stages being frustrating filler levels)
Not really. I consider Mega Man 3 to be the best of the NES Mega Man titles. The Doc Robots were different for the series, but those stages were still very playable.

I can see why someone would consider it the most difficult (except when compared to the first game), but just because it's hard doesn't make it bad.

It's not the difficulty i have a problem with in Mega Man 3, its level design is incredibly rushed and it has a lot of lag issues. There is so much cut content in the game it's unbelievable. Not to mention a lot of the weapons are hot garbage.

Can you tell us some of the Mega Man III "cut content" to us?

I think that would have to go to...
Majong on AtGames' Sega Genesis Classic.
...for obvious reasons.

Just when no one in the SMBX community thinks there's no bad official Sonic the Hedgehog games during the early 90's. Firey decided to drop the bomb on y'all saying that this Sonic game is like Sonic 06, 14 years BEFORE the infamous bad Sonic game was released:

This Sonic game was so bad, it never left Japan, and now lives on as a "Kusoge" video game arcade!

*insert something about Mighty and Ray being in Mania Plus here*
Besides, it is an arcade game, it was designed to eat quarters.

There's a lot of missing graphics, some animations don't show up because of programming errors, Rush Marine was supposed to have an attack animation, Gemini Man's parallax star background was supposed to have planets in it, and many more things, some songs don't even play al the way through.
Murphmario wrote: Hey, at least 3 has better weapons than 5.
Mega Man 5's weapons were decent in concept but had balancing issues.

Mega Man 3's weapons were:

Top Spin: Good in concept, ruined by rushed programming
Search Snake: Actually good wall and floor crawling weapon
Magnet Missile: Actually good homing weapon but uses too much energy
Gemini Laser: Bouncing laggy buster clone
Needle Cannon: Buster clone
Hard Knuckle: Slightly controllable buster clone
Shadow Blade: Metal Blade but nerfed too much
Spark Shock: The worst weapon imaginable

Only 2 good weapons in the entire game IMO

I just don't like Mega Man 3 at all. i can see why others like it, i'm just stating why i don't

I do have positive things to say about MM3 too, it introduced Proto Man and Rush, important characters to the series, and Gemini Man is one of my favorite robot masters.

Seems like what you described about Mega Man III makes sense! I can understand why

Top Spin is actually a lot better than one might think. As long as it's an enemy that can only hurt Mega Man by coming close to him, the Top Spin is usually an energy efficient attack, and it can also be used as a defense.
Needle Cannon is a rapid-fire weapon, so it can be a lot more reliable than the Mega Buster, and it's also an energy efficient attack.
Hard Knuckle is way too powerful to be a simple clone, and as mentioned, it is controllable.
Shadow Blade may not be as reliable as Metal Blade, but it's still pretty good when close to an enemy. And it's a "boomerang" weapon, so it can also hit enemies just behind you, which Metal Blade can't.

On the other hand, Search Snake is actually one of the weapons I don't like. A lot of enemies are going to be floating, and Search Snake can only attack those on the ground (but then again, it can also hit enemies just below you if you're on the edge of a platform).

Overall, though, I like Mega Man 3's weapon selection.

Mega Man 3's weapon balance isn't even that bad compared to other games in the franchise.
The previous game suffered from a lot of the same issues, considering that the only two consistently viable weapons are the Quick Boomerang and Metal Blade, the latter of which is so powerful, in fact, that it makes all other weapons completely obsolete.

The bigger problem with Mega Man 3 is that there are a number of spots where you might get stuck with no way to die, and have to reset the game, all because you ran out of Rush Coil or Rush Jet:

* Doc Robot (Spark Man) - The ladder in the beginning is removed, and you might die before reaching the halfway point. There's an enemy robot that can run into you, unless you destroy it.
* Doc Robot (Gemini Man) - The same risk after passing the halfway point, and there's no enemy robot to attack you.
* Wily Castle 1 is unlikely to do it, but if you use up all your Rush energy while jumping around for the extra life at the beginning, you're stuck with no way to die.
* Wily Castle 3 is the most likely spot for this to happen, because your weapon energy doesn't refill between stages. You can get shot from above by an enemy robot, unless you destroy it with a special weapon.
(At the time of post, the MMKB Wiki says that you can get stuck in Needle Man's Doc Robot stage, which is incorrect. You can still fall into a bottomless pit, get a Game Over, and return to the stage select. You can't do that in the stages above.)

However, Mega Man 3 is still more innocent than the Final Fantasy series. At least in the early Mega Man games, you're not going to save a game with very low HP and MP remaining and have to start from scratch.

Would any otakus in this community be more pissed off than the angry birds at me if I say Jump Force*?

*In my defense, it's pretty shameless as a crossover fighting game approved by Shounen Jump. Not as epic as let's just say, Super Smash Bros. imo

Did anyone talk about:
Sonic 1 on the Game Boy Advance: Horrible screen crunch and horrible music
Sonic Riders: (Kinect version (is that how you say it?)) It controls like ass
Sonic Boom: The infinite Knuckles jump glitch, do I need to say more?
Plumbers Don't Wear Ties: Barely any gameplay, bland, it's more like a movie, heck, it isn't even a movie, it's a FREAKING SLIDESHOW!!!!!!!!!

Do you mean Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis on the Gameboy Advance? And if I were you, I'd play the 3DS or SEGA AGES ports of Sonic 1. They're more playable!
