Bingo Bowser blocks are made by Airship, so find they in his pack or in his level for the contest 6.

Ehm, in his pack they aren't. And I can't find the "Level Contest 7". I could find only a level called "Casino Cool", so can you link it ?

First of all, the level was made for the contest 6, and not 7. Second, the whole level, with his graphics are in the episode "The Tower Of Biased 5", so try to find there, though there aren't all the graphics.
