Inferno_Guy and Pigeon1H's Custom Costumes V2

Hey guys, I'm back with some new playables/costumes! And this time there is 3 to the bunch! Here is what they are:
-Bandana Waddle Dee (Over Link, comes with a custom maximum tomato heart, make sure to keep it in his costume folder!)
-Roll (Over Megaman, this was tedious to make. Also thanks Pigeon1H for the inspiration for this, kudos to you!)
-Luigi 8-BIT SMB3 (An 8 bit form of SMB3 Luigi, but in 8-bit and the power ups were tweaked by me and Pigeon1H)
The credits for people who made everything is in the text document attached to this pack, so please read it! Most thanks to Pigeon1H again for helping me make these playables, it would not have been possible if it weren't for him!
