Is it just me, or do everyone encountered this issue?

So, usually, I was able to place comments on a thread in unlocked forums, like usual. But recently, I can't comment or make a new thread in the LunaLua subforum. Does anyone happen to encounter this issue, and if so, how can I fix it?

Just click on the post reply button that appears at the top and bottom of each page.
Quick reply does not exist in some subforums.

I was just going to make a topic like this but i guess you were faster, well thanks Electriking for explaining that to us as i was very confused if this was a bug or intended feature.

Quick reply is only enabled for some forums. If it's not enabled then it's disabled. That's what causes this.
