It is "excited," not "exited."

I am quite eager for this game, the HD graphics look flawless too. I really don't feel like elaborating or making a constructive post, though.

I am disappointed about the Rosa-Metal-Peach character choice, since it's really extremely random, and there should have been another character instead, such as Dry Bones, or what would have been hilarious if Kirby would get a place as racer. I also don't like how there's only one Kong left. I actually expected one more, namely Dixie Kong since she has made a comeback in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze (my favorite Wii U title so far), so I though they'd bring her into the next Mario Kart as well. Koopalings are a nice choice though, in my opinion, as Baby-Rosalina is also okay. My only problem is really the Rosa-Metal-Peach. I looked at the latest Nintendo Direct and I was positively surprised. The gravity concept is really creative and clever. The graphic seems really cool as well, and I like how Karts and Bikes are finally balanced out well. I personally didn't enjoy its prequel Mario Kart 7 that much, so I didn't have really high expectations in Mario Kart 8, but the new Nintendo Direct gave me hopes. So yes, I am excited.

by Super Luigi!
I also don't quite like Pink Gold Peach, or Metal Mario for that matter, and I also believe Dixie will qualify to race. One thing's for sure, although I'll be using Luigi often, I'll make sure to try everyone else at least once!

Yes I am excited for this game because Mario Kart has always been one of my favorite series and I cannot wait for this one because there have been lots of better stuff I'm doing besides playing my Wii U and I think this would be one of the games that would get my attention back into it.

I dont think so...Kirby should play in his own raceing game before he jumps in another.

That's funny because when Rosalina was announced for SSB4 I thought: "KIRBY FOR MARIO KART 8?! AWWWW YEAH!!!"

That could be cool, but not just yet.
I think the koopalings are enough for now.

Dose anyone want Nintendo to make a Mario Kart Collection game?

It's "does," not "dose".

Yes, but the collection would likely cost more than the Wii U's price simply because the Mario Kart games are success and should be worth tons of money.

An administrator can't lock someone out of the forum just because they corrected someone's spelling, I would like to specify that. That would technically mean you'd get perma-banned. Also, I'm just trying to help you; I see no point in getting angry over someone correcting spelling errors and threatening to ask someone to lock another off of this forum, which is impossible with my case of doing nothing wrong.

On an on-topic note, I just watched the new Nintendo Direct for this game and thought it was quite enjoyable, and I see the roster is fully finished. I am definitely looking forward for the game's release, and I see I'm not the only one apparently.

I'd advise that you just keep from posting off-topic comments, and Wizard, might as well do what he asks.
I am definitely considering on getting Mario Kart 8 along with Super Smash Bros. 4 for the 3DS. I am considering on using Yoshi, Shy Guy, and Roy as my main racers.

When this comes out, I'm gonna be playing the crap out of it. I might even download it when it gets released at midnight. My main is most likely going to be Ludwig Von Koopa. IDK why, but I find him to be a badass.

I'm very excited for this game and it's going to be a first-few-days purchase for me for sure, but I am deeply disturbed by the lack of dedicated battle maps as in every previous game. Using the normal races as battle maps is a questionable decision by Nintendo and I really have no idea why they'd do that.

I'm fine with Mario Kart 7, but it's Double Dash being my #1 fave.

As for Mario Kart 8, Nintendo technically said that the Blue Shell is even rarer to get now, as well as the Super Horn stopping the Blue Shell, which is a huge plus. The banana, for some reason, has a longer hitstun than the green and red shells, which I find it interesting for finding it, when playing it on GameStop.

Mario Kart 8 has been significantly improved from balancing vehicles and items, to graphics and gameplay. I'd give it a 10 out of 10, if I wanted to. Ooops. I just did...

would gave it 9/10 because of shitty roster
yeah why baby rosalina over dry bones? and we dont need all 7 koopalings, maybe just 2 or 3.
and what's the point of metal mario and pink gold peach? why not just put diddy kong and king boo instead?

though it looks pretty fun to play and the graphics looks fancy.

From what it looks like, great gameplay.
However, there is two factors preventing me from buying this game
-No Wii U
-Shitty roster

Baby Rosalina? Seriously? How many more baby characters do we need? Pink-Gold-Peach? SERIOUSLY? Why not Dry Bones? Or Dixie Kong? I don't like the fact that there is only one Kong left. The seven Koopalings is nice, though. But I most likely won't get this since I probably won't get a Wii U or a 3DS.
