I also like the changes in the Bowser Statue and Semisolids, even though old levels will not play exactly the same.
If you save standalone levels to the worlds folder, of course they will. Get yourself a subfolder.
The new bowser statue is a new NPC.

 I found two bugs.
1. The flicker effect during invincibility disappears a second or two later than the music
2. Arrow Lift Platform is only available in "!" option. Parameters Left, Up, Right can not be obtained in any way.

SMBX has always been suspicious to antivirus programs, and some always caused SMBX to not work properly. Make sure SMBX is an exception in your antivirus program if you are having issues.

This only happens when the lightning npc is used as a projectile. It works normally in every other scenario except this one.

Also if a fire bro fireball makes contact with an npc with npcblocktop, it flies across the screen at blinding speed and then the game crashes. Not sure if this is the case with all NPCs with npcblocktop, but it happened with a tweeter when I ran into it. This happened when the npc was on a warp generator as well.

I also have a problem with the podoboo NPC, it just falls down sometimes, is it also a new NPC?

Found two inconsistencies with Fry Guy:
1. The sound of hitting Fry Guy does not match the sound of the original game. (original sound - "birdo hit")
2. If you put an event that is activated after his death, then you do not need to kill the Sizzle Guys, which also does not match the original game, where exit appeared only after killing Fry Guy and all Sizzle Guys.

And another bug: Upside-Down Podoboo dies from a spin jump.

Since I "do not understand so well" different in English, I would likt to ask friendly what are the differences between SMBX 2 Beta 3 and SMBX 2 MAGLX 3.

Both :/ They worked yesterday on the same version (Airship Attack, Hypnosis Redo, Mario Challenge)
And it doesn't work for levels created in this version either
