So. Do you people remember that awful background that PROX borrowed from another creator for his cheese tileset? It was ugly. No offense to PROX, he had no choice but to make a compromise, but me, no. I will not stand by as people continue to use that horrendous abomination of pixel-art. So, while not perfect, I changed it into a more pleasant looking background for everybody to enjoy, myself included. As a reference, I'm gonna post a picture of the previous version so that you can compare.


P.S: To download, right-click the image, save-as "background2-27.png".
P.S.2: PROX changed the sky color. So credit where credit is due.

For some variety, you can download PROX's recolored pack which includes a day/evening/night version, as well as a little surprise he's sprinkled in to spice it up.

yeah, I would have fixed it, but it would have taken too long xD. Thankfully you were willing to do it. xD

You can thank me by working on that cheese tileset man. Do that and we can wave this thing goodbye, work on other graphics. =P

Well, I expanded this background and did some recoloring here and there.

Those look really nice. I'm half convinced with the ground coloring, but that's a minor nitpick. I added PROX's recolors to the MP for anyone who wanders into this topic. GO TEAM WORK!
