There's a edit button on top of your posts

You can edit only your messages. Just press "Edit" at the top right of this white SMB3 Box.
Also ninja'd by zlaker!

Since they're admins they can edit our posts. You need to be an admin to do that.

You can't edit other peoples posts because you're not an admin here. You MUST be given premissions to edit other people's post by the admins.

He means he IS an admin in another site, and he wants to know which module did Joey or any other Admin install on this forum to instal on his.

I don't think Joey needed to install an additional module so admins and moderators (and in the Levels, Episodes and Projects sub-forums, Level Judges as well) could edit posts. It's probably pre-installed in the phpBB forum software.
What kind of forum software does your forum have, Veudekato?

@smwforever45: correct, it's included with phpBB. However, the button can be moved. In most cases it's on the top or bottom of said post.

Veudekato, you're going to want to go to the prophpBB support forum or something if you don't understand something. I don't think you're going to get a useful answer here.

Veudekato, there is no additional module for the edit button on the forums. It's included with the installment of most, if not all, forum software. If your forum software doens't have one, then It might be broken or something, or it never came with it and I suggest a new board software.

Editing posts is an included feature in phpBB. Users must have appropriate permissions to edit posts. Check permission settings in the ACP (Administration Control Panel) - if you're an administrator and are also part of the "Global moderators" group, you automatically have permission to edit posts. If not, set it manually for the "Administrators" group or just add yourself to "Global moderators".

Founders have the privilege to edit posts. Your board style might hide the edit button though. Check the forum template in the ACP. I don't remember the exact name but I think it was 'postbody.html'.
