If you're using version 2.0/1.3 no

If you're using 38A/1.4, you should be able to, a random minigame should unlock that feature or you can use haxagon
The feature crashes on 1.4.4 however works fine on 1.4.3.
To easily unlock the feature, you can use hexagon, a program made by Kevsoft to unlock the minigames in 38A and unban any users banned from using 38A.
To get more information on the program, i suggest you to join the smbx 38A discord server and ask for help in the hexagon channel as the process into unlocking all of the minigames is a bit complicated.
