They're just custom graphics: viewtopic.php?f=35&t=10507. Make sure you have all of the files you need (text files for NPC configs, etc.)

You'll have to be more specific as to what you want them to do as well as specify what version you're using

Do you mean SMBX2 Beta3? And you still need to be more specific about what you want it to do exactly

let's take a thwimp for example. it just moves left and right instead of doing things twimps do (jump left and right
) :|

There are no thwimps in SMBX2 Beta 3 as of now, are they? (at least without scripting)

There are custom graphics for existing NPCs, but not custom NPCs. You could only create new kinds of NPCs by scripting. A mass of new NPCs will come in future SMBX2 versions, the Thwimp probably being one of them. So if you want a thwimp right now, only thing you can do is asking for a LunaLua script, if possible at all. I've also seen thwimps in 38A

This was not exactly a helpful response from Electriking, but I already linked you to a more detailed one

long story is, don't think that development could happen in a blink of an eye

That's not a necessary response to someone trying to help and based on your previous responses it really didn't seem like you had any idea of how the development process works
