I hacked my Nintendo switch to create my own levels in Super Mario Odyssey.

No, although maybe I should consider hacking a Wii before it becomes illegal in my country because modding causes 'unfair competition' apparently (looking at you Japan, fuck you and your stupid laws).

I recently hacked my Wii U and it's really great. I get to use the console instead of it just collecting dust.

I don't do it in order to commit piracy over Mario games. I simply created a dump of my SMO for personal use and hacks.

I wanted to hack my Wii U because I don't have any money for a new console or games, but my version doesn't let me to

DS and 3DS are the only original Nintendo consoles I've ever had. And no, I never hacked none of them.

Nope. I'm always too afraid I'll mess something up in the process.

yes, my nintendo dsi
But the emulators for it not being very accurate and the fact that the dsi has a different resolution from the BES or SNES means I can only use it for DS games. And that's sad. The process of hacking it was easier than I expected, though.

I installed the Homebrew Channel and Riivolution on my Wii, but when I tried to install Newer Super Mario Bros, it didn't work

I hacked my Wii U to get Riivolution, and it opened up so many possibilities.

What exactly is Riivolution? Is it a bit like the Homebrew Channel in a sense?

I hacked my Wii so I can use Homebrew channel and from there access Riivolution, and inside there I store the Newer hack and when I put the NSMBWii disc in, Riivolution uses the disc to play newer, and saves data to your SD card or USB, whatever you hacked with.

Launching with the disc channel, the game is normal and you dont have to burn a copy of newer to play

I hope I explained what Riivolution is and stated that I also hacked a console. :ugeek:

Ah interesting! That's pretty interesting on how much it takes to play a fan game on the Wii.
I wonder if the homebrew channel can be installed on the Wii mode of the Wii U.

No sadly. But Homebrew for Wii U is out too, and its not that hard to hack your console! There's a ton of stuff out there for you to watch. If I can do it, anybody can

Actually, I remember it's possible installing homebrew for the Wii mode on a Wii U, so I don't know where you are getting your info.
