Im looking for someone who can make player graphics of my character to go over mario if you are interested in doing it i will send a reference.

I'm not sure if someone can accurately go off of those very rough sketches and it's next to impossible to find someone to find someone to make player sprites like this from scratch with no incentive.Realistically the only way you'd get these sprites is by making them yourself or finding someone via another platform who does paid commissions
