Question: How to make a text hyperlink

Hello everyone, I made a cover for my current project.

I've seen a lot of projects that have a link at the bottom where if you put the code in your signature, the project's picture appears and when you click on it it takes you to the project.
Anyway I'm pretty new to this, so I'd appreciate any help.
