I originally made another episode before this one called "Super Mario World Adventure", which was basically a Mario version of Sonic Unleashed with 100% platforming, but huge amounts of difficulty. Unfortunately, due to a mishap with an old pc of mine breaking down completely, I don't have a backup for the prequel of this project and its nowhere to downloaded on any website. With that said, here is "Super Mario Advent", an old project that was created and published around 2010. Hope you enjoy this episode!
Storyline
After her defeat by the Mario Bros., the Princess and Toad, Mother Brain lost her control over Bowser, Wart, and all of their minions and her existence became no more than a memory. Two months later, just when peace was restored in the Mushroom Kingdom and no one thought she would ever come back, Mother Brain was brought back to life by Bowser, who is now allied with her and the koopa kids to bring back destruction and chaos to the Mushroom Kingdom. After Peach and Toad informed the Mario Bros. about Bowser's chaotic actions, Mario decided to call a helping hand from the land of Hyrule. Now these FIVE heroes must set forth for yet another adventure to bring back the peace and make sure it stays.
As I said on your introduction topic, this was the very first episode I played aside from the invasion 2. Some episode it was. I remember it being extremely difficult, but fun at the same time. I will definitely be playing this again to see what it was like.

I don't think so. If so, I would've known. You must be thinking about The Princess Cliche or The Great Castle Adventure(I think that's what it was called).

Creator was last active in May so I hope he'll eventually hear me out.
There's not a single power-up after the checkpoint in 1-2, and 1-3 is extremely unfair. It also lacks powerups, you're bound to die if you can't grab the fire flower near the lakitu, and the P-switch run is too long (especially you need to figure that you can carry the 2nd switch, although this graphical style of P-switch is usually known to be not grabbable). Looks like this issue also persists in later levels.
In World 2-7, the fairy passage is also definitely impossible, you can't get through a 1-block tunnel. (this also pertains the respective star level)

But is the episode is still good? I only played level 1 and it was very fun and my style of episode (Use alot of vanilla) and I stopped after level 1 because I need to finish the curse of the seven stars before playing this episode.

It's ok especially for score-hunters like me lol, but yeah you will run into annoyances and as I said, you even have to edit 2-7 and 2-7 Star Dimension manually, otherwise you can't get through it.

The images on this thread needs to be fixed. It shows nothing other than a file error image and "Im age" text.
Also, this thread gets never too old around.

The door warps in 3-Ghost House are misplaced, there is none that allows you to progress.

Well maybe it's even possible to do 2-7 if you stick to the ceiling as much as you can, but the fairy passage at the start of 7-3 is definitely impossible due to the venus piranha plants that will definitely catch you.
The amount of enemies is also getting very annoying in the late worlds, I can't even beat the Star Dimension levels (and gladly I don't have to).
6/27/20: The boss at 9-3 is unfair compared to all other bosses. There are no power-ups or power-up generators, and the level also has no checkpoint. You need to throw bombs at a Mouser while there's only little space to grab the bombs from, meaning that you're under constant danger of exploding yourself, and there's a snifit on top. Even worse, when you beat Mouser, the exit orb is placed above spikes, meaning you have to hit a near perfect jump to not hurt or kill yourself over getting the orb.

Oof, I finally finished this. Fun experience but as I said with lots of fixes necessary, I described just a 10th of bugs that were annoying every now and then.

heads up, I'm currently very busy so I don't get much to play SMBX, and Unknown68D's episode takes precedence. However due to your return to the forums I will eventually look through this episode again and list more stuff for improvement as I already said I only listed a small part of it.

I beated 2-7 and 3-ghosthouse without editing it, 2-7, just stick at the ceiling and be precise before going right.
In 3-ghosthouse, Idk where that no door progress you, the 1rt part is obviously the 3rd, the 2nd is a hidden kaizo block that open a wall, I hitted it be accident and got lucky on that and the 3rd part you press the p switch and is it under the stair.

7-3 is not impossible, you still have a 1 tile space to pass and you can even cheese on the screen like almost all part in the game, I even did that level alot to get the blue shoe for further level, it was very easy to do all level with the blue shoe, even 9-3 was easy.
I beaten the episode at 100% and I liked it and I can confirm that EVERY level are possible without editing them, even without the blue shoe.
