You can see a custom loading screen. How to you replace the normal loading screen?

The loading screen isn't personalized, that's just the SMBX2 loading screen

I just get the regullar screen that shows the lives and character.

Don't pay attention to that channel. The level isn't credited, the channel is brand new and they're using a leaked dev build which has half-broken features. Loading screen customisation is a feature that will be added in the future, but isn't available yet.
