How to add episodes on SMBX 2.0 Beta 3

So, I've googled how to add episodes, but all I get is how to add episodes to previous SMBX versions, not 2, and then I thought maybe it's the same way and tried it anyway, and extracted the episode I downloaded to the worlds folder, but when I open SMBX2 and select 1 player game to see the list of episodes, at the bottom the episode which should be the one I downloaded reads as WS1 %54%68%65%20%49%6E... and a bunch more characters like that. And when I select it, the game crashes. Am I doing something wrong?

Does this happen only with one episode or with every episode?

Just as a check is the episode you are adding an SMBX2 episode? From what I understand the 2 versions are not compatible with each other. So an SMBX episode won't work on SMBX2 and vice versa.

The only episodes that don't work with SMBX2 are episodes not made in SMBX (Made in SMBX38A/1.4 instead).

Fair enough. Just tested and you appear to be right, which is great because the older version runs like dirt on my comp. My apologies.

Might as well add that the only cases when it says "an SMBX2 episode is not compatible for SMBX 1.3" is when SMBX2-exclusive stuff is used (mainly LunaLua coding). The converse direction is always true!

I can run the episodes that come built-in with SMBX2 just fine, the only episode I've tried to add is Invasion 2 Afternoon and Night. Here are the screenshots:

Tha is at 38A episode, so it is NOT for SMBX.
