Super Mario Bros. X Arcade GFX Pack! (v1.1) release!

so, i was recently watching an hour-long playthrough of wrecking crew when it hit me: no-one has made any wrecking crew gfx! (or atleast anyone to my knowledge...) so, i've made an Arcade GFX PACK!!!! here are the things that i have finished:
gottawrench from wrecking crew
foreman spike
eggplant man from wrecking crew
barrel from wrecking crew (background, not tile :/)
so here's the things i have finished (in order: foreman spike, gottawrench)

Are those supposed to be PNG images, or have you forgot the masks?

version 2 is definitely subject to alot of additions and removals, but here are some things that i am 100% going to add:
a complete wrecking crew tileset in snes graphic style
mario bros. arcade freezie
i am also planning to work a little on the eggplant man sprites but that may be subject to change.

they're pngs. i made them about a year ago, when i abandoned another gfx pack called "de pack" because reasons. i may actually pick up that pack again soon.

i checked, they are meant to be PNG images. They look... okay... Not the best, but its okay at most.

These sprites have major issues with shading. The second has no shading whatsoever so it looks flat and the first one doesn't have a consistent light source so it looks a little messy. It's also difficult to pick out the figure itself in the first one and the arms look a little contorted

although i don't agree with you on the foreman spike, i understand that the gottawrench and eggplant man sprites are in need of a little more shading. thanks for the criticism!
also, i believe i will finish update 2 first and
then work on the shading. have you seen the eggplant man sprite? it does require a little work...

yes, i agree that the gottawrench and eggplant man sprites are in need of serious work, especially the eggplant man. but i think that the foreman spike and barrel sprites are pretty good. have you downloaded the gfx pack yourself?

I downloaded the thing, and fixed the person from Wrecking Crew, and made a custom hammer texture too. its a good template.

if you don't mind also, could you send me the custom graphics of the custom graphics? if not, then i would appreciate some advice on shading. thank you for the criticism!

also..... i would like to say that i'm constantly going to my grandma's house where i use my windows vista laptop, rather than my dual screen windows 10 monitor. so, don't be surprised if updating times are shaky. #vistahope

i don't agree with you on the foreman spike
You should take the feedback you get and try to fix it, whether you agree with it or not. I wouldn't comment on it if there wasn't an issue and there is definitely a problem with it. Just because you don't see something as an issue doesn't mean it shouldn't be improved
