This is one of the worst episode i ever played .
Levels is to short ( this episode is shorter than my single levels lol ) , level desing is bad , story is ... ah nevermind ...
It's a joke episode or something like that ? I really don't understand what it is .
I hope your next episode will be better .
Sorry , but this is my opinion .
It doesn't matter how long or short an episode is, that does not make an episode good or bad, you need to break down what you think constructively and not babble and give the barest details that hardly helps the creator. I'll do it for you but in my way.
This concept of this episode is something that many people have tried before, but it is still to this day a concept that could be creative since it isn't standard to see this concept in recent months. The levels in this episode are quite barebones, maybe try and add more exciting things into your levels to make them more alive, the current state of your levels are not really good and have many of things that you could improve on, although it is cool that people put in levels from official games, when it is blatantly copied from the game with no improvements to make it interesting people usually frown upon it because it is just a lazy attempt at creating a level (if it can even be called creating a level).
Level design 2/10
The level design isn't really good but it is nice to see that you didn't bother clashing stuff in the levels and went with the normal SMB1 style instead of clashing everything together like most starters do, it doesn't really get anymore praise than that, yeah, sure, it is good that there is some nostalgia from official games and some people may like that, but it does not make the levels anymore good, it just makes people blind behind nostalgia to criticise or comment on the level for what it truly is, maybe try and improve the levels you took from SMB1 and innovate, like for example, extend the levels, add little secrets that would be worth the players time in finding, little stuff like that can truly make the levels stand out that little bit more, but don't expect to get quite high praise from direct copying levels from other games and changing little bits.
Graphics 2/10
Before I may get slandered, no, this has nothing to do with custom graphics, this is how the graphics are used. It is quite basic, there is basically no appealing things about the levels you have here and the backgrounds are empty.
Gameplay 2/10
Again, not the worst, there are levels that are worse than these out there, but that does not mean that you shouldn't heed what is being said, again as I said earlier, you could expand on the original SMB1 levels you have here and make them more enjoyable, add concepts into these levels, since this is a creepy styled episode, you could make the levels glitch out by the press of a button and make them all broken which could be the only way you can pass a certain area, or even collect secret items, but for what you have here, it isn't really good, could do with a lot of improvements, bland levels that are too linear, don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with a linear level, but even in linear levels there is some point in exploring, because of secrets, but this practically has none.
Overall 2/10
All the scores have been the same due to them not being the best, but these levels are not the worst either, they could do with major improvements all around definitely, make them more fitting for the horror theme you are going for, glitch the levels out, make them not feel right to the player, make the player feel like there is something off about the levels that they are playing.
