First off, I checked the music, and it seems like you forgot to put in 3 music tracks. GreenGrove1, GreenGrove2, and StarZone were missing.
This level was pretty short, and it didn't really have that many secrets to it (which it probably should have had at least one). It was pretty linear, and there wasn't much to it to be honest. I liked the transition from cavern to dungeon, it was pretty nice, but didn't last as long as I had hoped it would have. The level check point seemed to have not worked for me, which wasn't much of a disappointment anyway.
You should probably cut down on the amount of power-ups you give the player in this level, because I usually play levels with Super Mario, and the Fire Flower rendered almost all of the enemies (and challenge) useless in this level, which made it considerably easier, and it shouldn't have been that easy.
The level is of decent quality, and the music is pretty okay as well, but it could use a little more difficulty to it, and definitely fix the missing music tracks. I'm torn between placing this in Average and Pretty Good, so I'll place it in the latter instead, and if any of the other judges review it, we'll see where it ends up from there.

Righto, friend. I'll just try to slide past those then.
Okay so I completely forgot the music. Oops!
Yeah it's too short and I probably should have made it longer and maybe add a secret or two. Not sure why the checkpoint didn't work though, I'll take a look later.
It's meant to be a second level but even then it's probably too easy, yeah. I'll change that.
