It's like a minefield here recently... Can hardly navigate the website without having to take a step back and re-send the request. Is something going on? I've gotten it on 2 computers already so it can't be just me...

WOW, once i clicked on the topic i got also error 508. Yeah this is annoying, why is it happening?

I got the same error too when I go to a topic, but when I restart the page, the site was fixed again. It always happen when I go to some SMBX topic.

All 3 of y'all AREN'T alone in this issue. I experience this "508 Resource Limit Reached" problem on my current fucked up laptop.

And i thought it was the fucked up manner of the fucked up laptop

It is happening far too often, and I just got when clicking the last notification before the one to this topic.

Damn, it happens to me as well. Not that often though.

This isn't a common occurrence (never happened to me, and rarely for others) but it's due to the wordpress site limitations. If there's a lot of users on at a given time that could cause it, and it can be a number of other hard to control factors so there's not that much that can be done.

That happened to me about a week ago, but never again since.

I never had this issue until about a week ago, and now I seem to be getting it everyday. Kind of annoying if you ask me. Something happening everyday (like this error right now) makes it rather common, especially compared to something that never happens (like this error about a week ago).

Though if we are breaking records in terms of number of entities visiting the forum (which seems intersting as it feels like activity is down from how it was in October (though number of posts and number of people online generally don't mean squat to each other)), then that may be a cuase for the increase in this.

Only happened once and it was two hours before this post. Quite a shock since as I said, it was the first time. I can agree with GhostHawk on it being rare. All we can do now is hope that it passes?

Your right, I've had this happen to me. About 2 + times I think?

But, like the error says, "Resource Limit Reached", and the number is the problem reference code, I suppose.

Maybe servers just got clogged up a bit, who knows.

Nothing happened to me yet...

Maybe you weren't on.
