Playable Goofy replacing Luigi for SMBX2

Good morning,
I don't know if there's anyone who could help me, but I wanted to have a Playable Goofy (from the Disney cartoons) to be used instead of Luigi.
I don't want him too tall or too short though. In other words, I want the sprites to have the same height as Luigi's.
Here's an image with Mickey Mouse (in his Super Form) and Luigi as a reference:

About the pallet swaps of the power-ups, I think I can do that by myself (or I can give the necessary information about the colours. Just ask me!)

Since you obviously have something in mind since you don't want it too tall or too short you might want to provide a reference
