TF2 Sprite Edit Anyone?

Can somebody edit Luigi or Toad to look like the Team Fortress 2 Sniper? This is a random request, but I kinda just wanna play as the Sniper. If you want, you can customize him, but that takes a lot of time and I don't need that. I just kinda got bored of the mario characters and want a new character, and at this time, I'm a big TF2 fan, so yeah. If one already exists that I just couldn't find, please link me it. Thank you!
